1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Please Note
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. Cancellation is confirmed only after we verify that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

Any remaining eligible refund will be processed after the returned shipment has been received and inspected.
